Enrollment in Team Unify is
Automatic (we do this for you and forward you your
password). Auto Pay is strongly encouraged (no cost to you)
and really helps the team streamline and simplify the dues
collection process. Please contact the team membership chair if you
have any questions or need assistance enrolling in the auto pay
system.
Monthly dues are due on the 1st day
of each month
Non-Payment Policy
A
Late Fee of $10 will be added to your Account if your Account is
carrying a balance (not paid in full) on the 15th day of the
month.
Accounts with outstanding balances will be placed
in a suspended status
Athletes will NOT be allowed to enter the water
until the all assessed dues and fees are paid in full
Cancelation of YST-MYST-YWP
membership:
Must be submitted via written notification to the
membership chair at least 30-days in advance. This will allow the
team ample time to:
Fill your (or your child’s) spot in the
program
Change your Team Unify account status to canceled
(prior to the next regularly scheduled billing cycle)
